This BRAND NEW rental is a the perfect place for family and friends to make memories on Tenmile Lakes on the Oregon Coast.  It sits on the waterfront of Coleman Arm on South Tenmile Lake. The home is beautiful inside and out with granite counter tops, comfortable beds, black out blinds, huge deck, new blackstone outdoor grill, hot tub, cozy outdoor furniture and a gas outdoor fire ring. Enjoy the amazing views of the lake and forested mountains from inside or out. The style of the cabin is fun and modern and decorated with local art and custom art. This rental comes with access to the secure boat house to park your water toys! Use the dock to fish, swim, or sit and enjoy the lake and wildlife. There is plenty of parking and you can access this house via a well maintained steep 2-mile mountain gravel road, but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is necessary if towing a trailer due to steep sections and front wheel drive is recommended if not towing. Trailers over 20' long are not recommended, if not comfortable with turning in tighter spaces.
